Can I test appdoo for free before I decide to buy it?
Yes, there is of course a tryout version available free of charge available on www.mamp.info/appdoo/en/downloads/. This version is fully functional for 14 days and then loses the ability to export projects to Xcode.
Is appdoo subscription based?
No, you do not need a subscription for appdoo.
Are there any further costs to be expected?
Not until you reach the point where you want to run your iOS apps on real devices and use the Apple App Store for distribution of your brand new apps. At this point you’ll have to subscribe to the Apple Developer Program, which comes at additional cost and will be charged on a yearly basis. Do I need an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) for creating apps?
No, not necessarily. But testing your app on a real iOS device first before submitting it to the App Store is highly recommended.
